When I start to personal train someone my goal is to establish first of all what you want to get out of the personal training sessions and then what I think you need to get out of our training sessions. I will ascertain what your ultimate goal will be and then discuss ways to make this happen and how me being your personal trainer will help.
I want my clients to make life long achievements by using my specific, sustainable and most importantly simple solutions. The best way forward to getting you started is to have a personal training consultation. I charge the normal session rate £40 for this. From this hour together we will discuss your eating habits and diet, what has to be considered when putting together a programme for you and we will chat alot so I can start to understand how I can do everything possible to make this journey an absolute success for you. I will also do some tests on you to give us a baseline to work with. The tests are blood pressure, body measurements, body composition analyser and I will offer an optional photograph to be taken. All of these are done to be able to track and monitor your continual progress over time.
From this point we will discuss how to move forwards and what I think the plan should be considering your budget, time available and lifestyle.
Please remember that I can work on an action plan to suit any lifestyle, budget or goal. I am fully mobile and can travel to meet you at home, your gym or somewhere local where we can train. I also advise on home gyms and the specification of training equipment. I can advise on the best equipment for you and the space available. By doing this you will get an amazing and fully working gym but also I will save you money by not buying pieces that you wont ever use or pointless machines that aren't the best way of training anyway.
